Friday will be the 25th anniversary of my lovely hubby's birth and I'd like to commemorate the event with something special (though he insists he wants no recognition). What does one get the man who has everything?

How to spend your day

For those of you who wonder how you would ever spend your time if you ever found yourself unemployed, I'll give you a little taste of what my life looks like - my public service announcement for unemployment.

1) Take your wonderful hubby to lunch


2) Spend some time outside


3) Take a nap


4) Take your pooch for a walk

5) Go shopping


6) Make something yummy


7) Watch some tv (I'm preferable to Food Network but I'll leave this up to you)

8) Make plans to entertain some friends (tasty libations and a kiddie pool in your backyard help)

9) Take a class (Secrets of the Caterer) through the Kzoo Community Enrichment Program

10) Spend some time on the internet (obviously...)
